I read with interest that Vicky got a full refund for someone who couldn't attend an event with them. I booked for a friend to join me at the Ramses exhibition in Sydney in December. Her husband was taken very ill and she couldn't attend (he subsequently died). I wrote to Ticketmaster and asked if she could exchange her ticket for a future date and I have been on a bizarre cycle of emails that I was sure were from robots. So, yes, she could exchange but the cost of the tickets were downgraded and her ticket can only be exchanged by one the same price or higher. Except there are none at the same price and they can't accept a higher payment! About 10 different "fan support" names and a curious repetition of phrases. But no resolution and no way to get to a higher authority. It's beyond bad.
