I’m not a Bot!!!!!Was continually blocked from purchasing tickets at late stages of the process.Reached out to help desk as there is no option to talk to someone.Was given the same advice on how to resolve the issues - followed all advice but ultimately had to give up as I kept getting blocked. It shouldn’t take hours over several days to try to buy tickets to a comedy show. On-line feedback shows that many customers experience this - but there appears to be no commitment from the company to fix this issue.
