Ticketmaster Australia’s best.Just a side note - Ticketmaster needs to consider changing their policy to have the option to exchange downgraded tickets without the option of having the difference refunded as an incentive for Ticketmaster to put the request through at the request of the patron. Reason being, so that when better tickets go on sale at a discounted price, the patron has the option of exchanging for that seat and forfeiting the leftover difference in funds. Regardless, Zenaida and Eli were helpful in finding tickets for me at a decent upgrade cost. Once again thanks!
