We bought tickets to Missy Higgins 13 April show in Sydney, it was postponed til August due to Missy being sick, we only found out 48 hours before. Most of our group were travelling interstate and internationally. We asked for a refund, as was outlined by missy to do. Ticketmaster then informs us our tickets were sold through their platform by a ticket reseller, so we can't get a refund. This wasn't clear at the time of purchase and we didn't even have an account for the reseller site. How can you hold on to people's money in a cost of living crisis when the 'reseller' status wasn't clear nor articulated at the time of purchase. Tried to reach out to them through multiple methods incl. Comments on their Instagram page, they've not responded and deleted the comments. Super disappointed.
