I have an account with TicketMaster but the tickets on this occasion was a gift which meant having to Transfer from our son who purchased the tickets to my account. The need to have the tickets on a mobile device is just wrong and makes the process of gifting or even printing the tickets totally unnecessarily difficult.Please reinstate the PDF option as a routine rather than an exception. I know it is about marketing etc.
