Grateful for date change due to my error

I accidentally booked tickets to a musical for the incorrect date. I lodged a change request on Christmas Eve via the Ticketmaster online portal. I was very pleasantly surprised to receive an email from Bosch D on Boxing Day confirming my tickets have been exchanged to the new date. I received the new tickets via email within half an hour. Bosch D was very polite in their email interactions and I was very pleased with the promptness of their service.
