Abysmal booking website and supportBought 2 tickets for the United cup at Sydney Olympic Park. Attempted to book 2 seats on the same day for me and my friend. Unable to book 2 seats in 1 go but managed to book 1 seat. Repeated same process but seat next to booked seat was booked by the time I finished booking the 1st seat (about 3 mins).Emailed support on 13 December explaining their issue about unable to book 2 seats in the same checkout and asking to exchange seats. Support emailed 4 days later on the 17th of dec"As the ticketing agent for this event, we're required to escalate your request for consideration.
