Ticketmaster, very hard to contact

I’m giving four stars only for the kind lady that helped me eventually , however, for actual Ticketmaster, I would only give two stars . Priya was great, very understanding at why I had to change my tickets, however, as far as contacting Ticketmaster, it was very hard to. I had to exchange the tickets as the original show was cancelled and booked for the same day later that night however I am taking my elderly mother who could not do nighttime session. That is why we booked an afternoon session and they were at good prices after trying to contact Ticketmaster with three emails to know avail, I finally got in contact through the state Theatre. My mother and I were not very happy at the fact that we had to pay extra money to get the same tickets in the same seating, very unfair, after all, it was not our fault that they cancelled the show.
