Ordered Tickets in July Never received them for a concert on DecTelling me that I gave them a wrong email address despite not having them recorded as a purchase in my App Had to cancel my accomodating I booked as I would not have received a refund by the time Ticketmaster decided to reissue the tickets Sent an enquiry on Monday and took them till Thursday till 1.30pm to tell me that it was my fault that I gave them the wrong email address despite as I said not in my App as a purchase Seriously Ticketmaster it’s your incompetence and poor service then trying to blame the consumer this will be contacting consumer affairs and lodging a complaint through VTAC Plus all media outlets will be contacted regarding your unethical practices !!!!
