If I could rate it a 0/5 I would, after a concert I booked was cancelled I have been trying to recieve my full refund for almost a month now and I even bought secure tickets... all the customer service team has been completely absent in my emails sent and I'm still waiting for $1000 refund which was suppose to be sent to my email in a gift card weeks ago and I still haven't received it... I was told to look out for it in my spam... well no spam gift card recieved back or moneys and after numerous emails sent to ask why and where it is I am given no reply and still I am waiting for my refund so if I could kindly receive my refund your welcome to send it to my email which I have been emailing you from cheers kindly a customer who has lost faith in your company
