Recently my husband and I had a situation where we were in hospital and could not attend a concert we had purchased tickets for many months in advance to the concert been held. We requested a refund and after many attempts the refund was granted. I’m not lying when I say I had to fight tooth and nail to get your company to refund the ticket money, but eventually you did so at the end of the day that’s all that matters.
