I required to exchange my AFL Tickets as they turned out to be Restricted View (even though when I selected them it did not show as restricted view) - I then sent an email to Ticketmaster to ask for an exchange of seats & within less than 24 hrs I received an email from Henry at Ticketmaster Fan Support who kindly organised for my tickets to be exchanged to better seats.
