I was very stressed re my tickets as I normally print and obviously I didn't this time. Thankyou to Rachelle from Ticketsmaster AU received my email requesting printed tickets and I received a reply with 5 minutes telling me my printed tickets would be emailed to me in around 30 minutes, checking my mail,etc to ensure they had arrived and what to do if they didn't arrive.
