My friend bought 2 $400 tickets to the Paul McCartney concert in Melbourne. The tickets were on his phone and he had a stroke. He can't speak and he can't write or use his phone, and I couldn't access the information on his phone.Despite informing them of this via email (that's the only way you can correspond to them) they required heaps of very private information which i reluctantly supplied to them. In the last email, they required permission from him to transfer the tickets to my phone. For the 3rd time, I told them he can't and they refused to issue any refund to either of us. I ended up having to buy a second (crappy) ticket. THIEVES. ZERO STARS. You've asked for me to respond to your latest advice. No point. Nobody listens. Nobody cares. I will be telling as many people as possible about this experience to let them know how disgraceful a business you are. People can't believe the way we were treated. ZERO customer satisfaction.
