I had trouble with Ticketmaster a few months ago about a refund from tickets I bought in error. The previous person did not offer much advice at all except for doing something that would leave me out of pocket by over $600 so I explained on a long email again and my disappointment of not getting anywhere last request. Billy then made my request an easy fix and so it’s happy days. I’m still going to the event and not with a huge bill to cloud my experience.
