Bought tickets on Presale and made mistake with one Consession ticket that was suppose to be a normal Adult Ticket. Notified the Ticketmaster team on 3 Oct and was told that they can only assist me with this change on 12 Oct when general sales open. Was charged on the higher ticket price today because Ticketmaster team delayed the process. Not fair at all and could have been avoided.
