The team kept me updated in a timely manner with all the information I required.Additionally when I missed an opportunity to exchange the date of my ticket and requested details on a refund instead, the team still checked to first confirm a ticket wasn’t available before just processing my refund. Due to this they found a ticket had become available and were able to exchange my dates.
