Your Customer Service Agent Katrina, is amazing! Worth her wait in gold! Our holiday from Canberra up the coast of Eastern Australia which involved a night in Newcastle seeing Paul McCartney, was looking shaky, as it looked like our tickets to the event would not arrive by mail before our road trip, but Katrina sorted for me, and we are just so, so grateful to her.
