I purchased 2 tickets for a Pink concert, I require seating due to disability. Although I was late to the party, there were 3 seated tickets available, resale tickets, of which I chose 2. However when I received and checked my notification the tickets were Général admission, standing. Contacted Ticketmaster, basic emails, no real help, just policy quotes. Then realised the price I paid was more than 110% of original purchase price. Told that those standing tickets were platinum or in demand, so 200%+ was acceptable.Obliviously the site was confusing, or the system had a glitch, but I ask you why would anyone who knew they could not stand thru a concert knowingly purchase such tickets. Pinks last tour I won tickets but had to miss the concert due to my health, this time I wanted to treat myself. Now it seems I am stuck with 2 tickets of no use.I think Ticketmaster could have been a lot more helpful, and found a way to assist me.Ticketmaster: your response is to contact Support, but I have.The site showed the seated tickets, all thru the process, that’s what I believed I was purchasing.There was no information about mark up on tickets.
