I purchased tickets to the "Elvis the musical" event in Sydney for Sunday 13th Aug 6:00 pm show. I recieved a message from Ticketmaster informing me that the show start time had been delayed to 6:30pm on Wed Aug 9th 4 days before the show. My wife and I travel from Lake Macquarie to Sydney by rail and the change in time would result in us having to catch a very late train home. We are not a young couple and are wary of travelling on rail late at night and I requested a refund. I contacted the people at Ticketmaster and recieved an email with very unclear instructions, I responded for clarification and had an auto reply with precisely the same info. Following 6-8 emails with no response we had to forfiet our tickets due to lack of communication. I believe the change in start time is effectivly a breach of contract which resulted in our no show and we should be refunded our purchase price.
