The need to have the tickets open in the app or from the website and not a screen shot or printed out was a massive inconvenience. Also thought the statement that people could not consume any alcohol before attending the event, then allowing the continued sale of multiple rounds of drinks to clearly drunk patrons once they were in the venue was a bit rich. Great gig though.
