Overall it’s an easy process to follow however I could have selected better seats by using the map compared to the automated ‘best available’. I also think that the booking fee needs to be removed. It should be just a small percentage of the cost of the ticket not an additional fee for the consumer when the tickets do not have to be printed and mailed.
