Used the ‘transfer ticket’ to send to friend by email. Got ‘can’t be confirmed at this time message’ repeatedly. Closed app. Went to try later and the ticket was gone - ‘pending’ the recipient collecting it. But never appeared in recipient email(Yes, including junk). Sent help request to Ticketmaster and have never had a response. Fortunately had saved all four tix to Apple wallet and the transferred ticket still worked, but I had to leave the event to let my friend in since he still hadn’t received the transfer - annoying and disruptive. Should be simpler than this - like keeping access to the transferred ticket until the other person properly claims it, and not losing it from Ticketmaster app until then.
