When I attempted to re-enter shortly thereafter with my valid ticket, the security staff denied me entry, stating that re-entry was not allowed without checking out. This confusion arose due to the absence of checkout options or instructions at the exit, leading to an uncomfortable situation where I felt unjustly treated. I believe this process could greatly benefit from clearer exit and checkout procedures, improved signage, and better training for staff to manage such situations effectively.
