I've been trying to update my phone number on my account for weeks and it has been an absolute nightmare.
When I tried to change my number myself, the system logged me out mid-process and forced me to reset my password. After doing that, it started telling me I had "recently changed" my phone number — which I never did — and blocked any further changes for 60 days.
I contacted support multiple times. Out of 7 conversations, 6 agents told me the same thing word for word: "you'll need to create a new account." The one time I got a different response, the agent admitted they're experiencing technical issues preventing them from updating phone numbers in their system.
So to be clear: your system broke my account, your support knows about it, and the official answer is to abandon my account and start over. That's not a solution, that's ignoring the problem.
Completely unacceptable for a company of this size.
