The Eric Church concert part was amazing. But the opening act was not. Could not understand a word the young man was singing or saying. The bass was turned up so high it just muffled his words when he sang and when he talked it wasn't plain so maybe it was the microphone.

The acting, singing, directing, costuming, set-constructing were all wonderful! Our balcony seats were not with nearly half of stage obstructed by the railing. Also, in this alleged time of "potty parity", the line for the women's restroom at intermission was extremely lengthy. Disappointing since this is a brand new theatre hosting its first performance.

Tried to buy tickets online through Ticket Master for a local community live theater performance. Horrible experience. TM required opening an account and asked for far more required info than needed to obtain tickets (selling info to 3rd parties?), giving them that info resulted in being time out and having to start over again. The area for filling in already had default fill in that had to be removed to enter your info (including credit card info) and also asked for the same info given previously elsewhere. Also trying to sell you other things along the registration process (another timed-out and start over). Finally got to the click to order. No summary of what you were ordering before clicking. With the above aggravation and repeat starts I didn't notice that the number of tickets had changed from 4 to 2 nor had I seen an area to choose the performance date in all the do overs. Do the tickets were for the wrong date and wrong number of tickets. I immediately tried to address the problem. Only recourse was to use the online chat. Which produced the worst incompetent robotic AI experience ever (and I use AI frequently). The idiot bot could respond to basically yes/no questions with long pauses in between, to asking for transfer of the general admission tickets to the only other performance date. Bot offered selling the tickets online and explained the process which including giving my acceptable payment methods and the bank had to be local among other requirements. I had declined buying ticket insurance (over half the price of each ticket), and given there was no summary of order prior to purchase, and there was no loss of ticket income, I thought it reasonable to simply change the ticket date to the other evening. Smoked the bot brain and it arranged for an "agent" to continue. Agent was obviously AI with, maybe 1 point higher intelligence level, who offered being able to transfer the tickets, keeping the same date, to friends or family to use for free, but would entail a 50% per ticket charge for the transfer. And I could purchase other tickets for the correct date. Lousy AI, lousy software, the app is loaded with buy more schemes. Buyers beware! I personally will avoid purchasing any tickets through "Trickery" Master and will share my experience with any venue using Ticket Master as there ticket agent. I hope others will do the same until ticket agency companies, esp TM, become more customer service friendly and less greedy.

This was my son 1st experience Ticketmaster, Ringling bros , and going to the Barclays center. We’d like to truly thank all of you for the wonderful experience he had. He’s only 6 years old and this was his birthday gift. Like he said in his own words “this was his best day everrrrrr” and it was wonderful to have your teams be apart of the 1st time experience for me and really a full circle moment for me because I’ve been seeing the Ringling bros since I was a kid. You made this a wonderful core memory for him and my whole family. From the bottom of our heart thank you to every single person involved. We’ll cherish this memory forever.

The process was a little tricky....password creation was problematic but after Numerous attempts it finally worked. NO...Fat Finger Entry was NOT the problem. It was your website. After trying different web browsers it finally worked and the system got me the tickets. Thanks for this amazing program in connection with VET TIX honoring Veterans. With my son now a Navy Special Operator, we are 4 military generations deep. Thanks again!

We attended the Rascal Flatts show in Biloxi and the Locker Room was a fantastic addition I will do at any event at that venue. Great food. Premium parking and we were in in 5 minutes. Made the night.

I've been trying to update my phone number on my account for weeks and it has been an absolute night

I've been trying to update my phone number on my account for weeks and it has been an absolute nightmare.

When I tried to change my number myself, the system logged me out mid-process and forced me to reset my password. After doing that, it started telling me I had "recently changed" my phone number — which I never did — and blocked any further changes for 60 days.

I contacted support multiple times. Out of 7 conversations, 6 agents told me the same thing word for word: "you'll need to create a new account." The one time I got a different response, the agent admitted they're experiencing technical issues preventing them from updating phone numbers in their system.

So to be clear: your system broke my account, your support knows about it, and the official answer is to abandon my account and start over. That's not a solution, that's ignoring the problem.

Completely unacceptable for a company of this size.
