Misleading Ticket Sales and Terrible Customer Support – Ticketmaster France!I purchased Beyoncé Package tickets through Ticketmaster France, expecting VIP3 tickets with fan zone access. However, due to a misleading ticketing system, I was instead sold Platinum tickets, which are seated and in different sections—completely different from what I intended to buy.Why This Is a Serious Issue: • The Ticketmaster website falsely displays VIP ticket descriptions when selecting the Beyoncé Package, but only offers Platinum seats instead. • Customers don’t realize they’re buying the wrong type of ticket until after the purchase. • This issue has been ongoing for weeks, yet Ticketmaster has done nothing to fix it.Customer Support Ignoring Complaints: • I reported this issue on February 19, 2025 and provided evidence of the misleading ticket descriptions (including screenshots and videos). • Their resale platform is also broken—no one is buying these mislabeled tickets, leaving me stuck with unusable seats.Buyer Beware! • If you’re buying tickets through Ticketmaster France, double-check what you’re actually getting. • This misleading practice could affect many customers, and Ticketmaster’s lack of accountability is unacceptable.I am filing an official complaint with consumer protection authorities and encourage others who have faced similar issues to do the same.
