I was contacted 8 days before Coachella to be told there was no way to get my tickets in time, as I was in Canada. DO NOT BUY IF IN CANADA AND SHOW IN USA.
Offered to have me seel on and they would ship. They refused to ship the 2 purchased tickets, separately to different addresses, despite giving shipping labels.
Were not helpful. Spoke to 4 different customer representatives who just kept saying, cant help you.
Why sell tickets that were never getting to you in time.
