The Ticket Center platform fosters blatant fraudulent practices through their website. I booked tickets through the site and at the time of payment was given specific seats when the reseller delivered the tickets they were different seats with an even worse view booked. I contacted ticket center and no one had returned my call. I tried explaining to the bot like human in chat and the kept regurgitating the same we have a no refund policy. I am very meticulous about using online platform and provided screenshots of my confirmation with seats and sent proof to Ticket Center. They did nothing! I’ve since disputed with my credit card company with still no call back from The Ticket Center.

Total rip off operation. Do not purchase tickets through Tickets Center. Paid 3-4x actual cost and seats were terrible. Make sure to purchase your tickets locally and not through this rip off business. Tickets were way over priced plus I paid 156.00 in fees on top of the rip off prices.

Stay away from this service.

Stay away from this service. I mistakenly purchased tickets for a performance because it appeared to be the official site. The file containing the tickets they sent was corrupted. It was then that I discovered numerous negative reviews about this service. This occurred in October. I spent countless hours on the phone with them but never received my tickets, and my family and I ended up missing the show.

Unaware of Third-Party Ticket Purchases

I was not aware that I was purchasing these tickets from a third party. I believed that reselling tickets was prohibited. This is the reason ticket prices are so high, as they can be bought and sold multiple times. This situation needs to change, or I will cease buying tickets!

Terrible experience—please read my warning!

I had a dreadful experience and I hope everyone sees this! I was looking for ballet tickets for my family and the ticket center website appeared to be the official site. I later discovered I paid about four times the actual price, and $500 more than necessary, for very poor seats! They refused to issue a refund even though I contacted them just five minutes after my purchase. I strongly advise against buying from them; they are a scam!

Terrible ticket platform!

Terrible ticket platform! They charge double or triple for the tickets, and you only discover afterward that you could have purchased the same tickets for a fraction of the price! They also try to overcharge for parking. This platform should be removed from search results. When you attempt to contact the support team using the number provided in your confirmation, they have no information about your order! Avoid buying tickets from this service.

Completely fraudulent operation!

This is entirely a scam! They pretend to be a legitimate ticket resale service, selling tickets that the event organizer does not authorize for transfer. When you inform them that you will never receive the ticket, they keep insisting that you "keep trying to call back," stating they cannot issue a refund and pressuring you to accept a "50% discount on your next purchase" instead of a refund, despite failing to fulfill the original order. --Proceed with caution.

Absolutely the worst ticket service I've encountered!

This is by far the worst ticket service I've ever used! I spent nearly two hours messaging them and sending screenshots in the past 24 hours for tickets that were meant to be delivered yesterday. They kept asking me the same questions repeatedly, which feels more like an automated system than real human support. I would never recommend this service; calling them incompetent would be too generous. My event is a Christmas gift for my wife, happening in just three hours, and we still haven't received the tickets. Greedy and incompetent—AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Avoid the reserved parking option at all costs.

If offered a reserved parking spot for your event, just say no. It's a complete scam. First, they charge $28 for a spot that costs only $7.91. Second, the confirmation they send won't work for your vehicle or license plate. You'll need to reach out to the parking facility operator to correct the reservation for it to be valid. Third, the supposedly "conveniently located" parking was actually about a mile from the venue—0.8 miles to be exact—which is quite a trek if you're not prepared for a long walk to the theater in your attire. Be cautious, as they seem to use Google's screening of scammers to appear more trustworthy than they are. To be fair, I knew the tickets I purchased were overpriced: Center Orchestra, third row (“C”). They did arrive for the correct show, venue, and date, and we enjoyed the performance. So, for those concerned about ticket delivery, there is still some hope. However, given my experience, would I take the risk again? Absolutely not. I was just lucky this time.
