This is by far the worst ticket service I've ever used! I spent nearly two hours messaging them and sending screenshots in the past 24 hours for tickets that were meant to be delivered yesterday. They kept asking me the same questions repeatedly, which feels more like an automated system than real human support. I would never recommend this service; calling them incompetent would be too generous. My event is a Christmas gift for my wife, happening in just three hours, and we still haven't received the tickets. Greedy and incompetent—AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
