I failed to notice the extensive list of strict regulations for attending the event and was unaware that dogs were no longer allowed. After booking the tickets, I checked the rules and discovered that the 'no dogs' policy is one of the requirements. This means we can't go without our dog. I urgently requested a refund the next day, but was told it wasn't possible and that the tickets are non-transferable. £240 gone. The rigidity from the ticketing service is disheartening, and I am appalled by the lack of empathy from the company.
