I skipped over the lengthy list of strict regulations for the event and didn't realize dogs were no longer allowed. After purchasing tickets, I checked the rules and found the 'no dogs' policy is mandatory. This means we can't attend without our dog. I requested a refund urgently the next day, but was informed it wasn't possible and that the tickets are non-transferable. £240 wasted. The inflexibility from the ticketing service is frustrating, and I am appalled by the lack of understanding from the support team.
