I am writing to complain about the poor service on my journey from Vienna to Budapest with ÖBB EC ( Dec 2025)There was no Wi-Fi available, and despite my ticket being scanned via QR code, seating was not guaranteed, causing unnecessary inconvenience and confusion. The overall service quality was unacceptable for a paid international train journey.This experience fell well below expected standards. I request that this issue be reviewed and appropriate action or compensation be considered.
