Impossible to book proper seats in the train. The lady promised us that we could seat where no reservation is indicated.She just lied to us. You cannot know if a seat is reserved until someone claim their seat.At every single station, my family, with a 1-year baby, had to move with all our luggage to find an empty place… temporarily of course!We paid a not-cheap ticket just to finally seat on the floor with our two young kids.Shameful
