Two different our trains were completely canceled, and they provided no clear way to get to our destination, nor any more back. The first, we had a delay, missed out connection. Then, the replacement train literally broke (side not, on the way there one if there trains was on fire, I kid you not). We finally got bussed to our end destination, 5 hours later, and we arrived at 2 am in the morning.Then on the way back, the train that was labeled to go to frankfurt, simply stops in Villach ( the SAME station we had trouble the first time) and they kick everyone off with no heads up, only offer 2 busses to transport some people to the next train station. We didn't get on one, so had to wait another two hours to leave. No help the whole time, no money back. Horrible experience. I know there are delays some times, but this is ridiculous. If you are reading this, and are planning a trip with this train company, skip it, get a flight instead.
