Don't fall for their scam where they sell you a first class ticket online but don't give you a reserved seat number. If you don't get a reserved seat number then your first class ticket is worthless. When you get to the train they'll look at your ticket and send you straight to second class, but only after all the second class seats are taken. As I write this review I'm travelling on an OBB train with a first class ticket but one with no reserved seat number so I'm sitting on the floor between carriages.And from my vantage point on the floor between carriages I noticed that the locked toilet constantly said "Occupied" but there was no movement. Eventually worked it out when a staff member opened it with a key, used it and then locked it again. The staff are using it as a staff-only toilet. Rude!
