Sometimes I use the Railjet Express between Budapest and Zürich.I can tell you, the service gets worse year-by-year.Issues with the service, having tried all classes:- Toilets are often out of operation.- Wifi does not work, with exceptions.- There is no space for trash.- Fridges often brake down, therefore you cannot order meals while traveling.- The quiet zone is everything, but quiet. The coffee machines are behind the quiet zone, you can imagine how loud those machines are.- Still, a lot of passengers do not have seat reservations, leading to conflicts.- The business class seats are far away from comfortable.With regards to RJX162, the line between Budapest and Zürich, the train stops at absolutely unnecessary stations, where only a very few people take and off (Mosonmagyaróvár in HUN, at least 2-3 Austrian stations between Salzburg and Buchs, CH).If we put these into context, the service is way too expensive.
