Tickets purchased for Christmas, arrived at the venue to be told the booking had been cancelled.Although a refund was received, the family had travelled to the venue before we became aware of the CANCELLATION.Picniq have advised- we sent you an email !!Obviously eaten by the spam filter - Shame they made such little effort to ensure we know about the Cancellation. But their actions are in good faith honorable as they have processed the refund.If you are cancelling our booking- A telephone call would be more suitable than an email to ensure we know that you have cancelled our booking that was given as a CHRISTMAS GIFT.
