Pathetic excuse for a company. Me and my friends booked a few tickets to do crystal maze for my birthday. Few days later they emailed some of us saying they messed up and will issue refunds. Some of my contacts never received that email either. Why advertise something you couldn't agree with the venue is beyond me. No compensation was offered.
Tickets purchased for Christmas, arrived at the venue to be told the booking had been cancelled.Although a refund was received, the family had travelled to the venue before we became aware of the CANCELLATION.Picniq have advised- we sent you an email !!Obviously eaten by the spam filter - Shame they made such little effort to ensure we know about the Cancellation. But their actions are in good faith honorable as they have processed the refund.If you are cancelling our booking- A telephone call would be more suitable than an email to ensure we know that you have cancelled our booking that was given as a CHRISTMAS GIFT.
We booked tickets for the Crystal Maze Experience months in advance through Picniq. Just a month before our visit, Picniq cancelled the booking.By that point, we had already booked train tickets and a hotel, so we had no choice but to re-buy the same tickets directly from the Crystal Maze Experience at a much higher price.The cancellation email itself was very vague and didn’t include my name or any booking details, which only added to the frustration and confusion. Overall, a really disappointing experience and very poor handling of the situation.
They canceled my booked and paid reservation with the following mail.''Thank you for booking your family’s upcoming visit to Madame Tussauds London with Picniq.We are writing to let you know that we have encountered a technical error regarding ticket validity that is currently preventing us from fulfilling ordeWe understand that a cancelled day out is a significant disappointment for the whole family, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this causes.''
Booked tickets for Madame Tussaud’s and the Tower of London a few weeks ago for trip next week. Have just had an email cancelling both due to “a technical error” and that I should rebook through attraction site. Very annoying. Don’t book with this company if you value your plans.
