I booked my round-trip ticket to Asia for myself and 3 others. When I found out that Sun Country cancel my orginal flight back home and moved us by 24 hours. I tried reaching out to Ticketsatwork via Email with no response. I then try to reach customer support, they had me on hold. And then when I was speaking to an agents, they hung up the phone on me. Its crazy to experience this type of experience and customer service. I would never work or book with Ticketsatwork again.
