Secondly, my mistake for missing the currency, but the site is very inconvenient and gives very few property details, and no way to select your currency. At checkout, I was too frustrated and didn’t notice payment was in USD. They even used a higher conversion rate. I questioned this, but they never replied.Support experience:1. Call → on hold 25+ minutes, no answer.2. Email → reply comes after your trip. I asked about the extra charge, and they just forwarded it to the hotel, who said, “We don’t understand the problem.”3. Finally hear back, send a complaint → instead of a solution, you get a “How did we do?” feedback email. Maybe answer first, THEN ask that.
