The only positive aspect of their service was that the bus did take me to my destination. Otherwise, the experience was quite unpleasant. It was advertised that the bus would have Wi-Fi, but it didn't. The bus was not clean, and the air quality was poor. The terminals in the area are generally unclean and feel unsafe in the evening. Despite this, you still have to pay an extra fee in cash to use these substandard terminals. The drivers do not show much respect towards tourists compared to locals. Customer service was equally unhelpful: their response time was slow, and when I detailed my complaints about the driver's poor treatment, they refused to take any further action simply because the bus got me to my destination.
