I purchased a bus ticket through a platform that outsourced to another service. This service decided to change the bus company and time to book me on a cheaper option. They did not communicate this switch properly and only sent me the new ticket after the new bus had already departed. I advise against booking with them—it's much cheaper (like half price) to buy directly at the bus terminal on the day of departure.
The only positive aspect of their service was that the bus did take me to my destination. Otherwise, the experience was quite unpleasant. It was advertised that the bus would have Wi-Fi, but it didn't. The bus was not clean, and the air quality was poor. The terminals in the area are generally unclean and feel unsafe in the evening. Despite this, you still have to pay an extra fee in cash to use these substandard terminals. The drivers do not show much respect towards tourists compared to locals. Customer service was equally unhelpful: their response time was slow, and when I detailed my complaints about the driver's poor treatment, they refused to take any further action simply because the bus got me to my destination.
The customer service is fantastic. They reached out to us a day before our scheduled travel. Due to political unrest and roadblocks, there were no buses available between two cities. They provided multiple booking options and we found a solution right away. Their support is outstanding. I would definitely use their services again.
