Horrible customer service. Don't buy through them. In Bolivia it's super cheap and easy to travel by bus. Just show up any bus terminal and you get where you need to. / Indeed I finally got the ticket in pdf form but I have to note that it took several attempt and if you check the whole conversation you will see that the link you sent me is not a ticket but a receipt about 6bs(six Bs!) of commission, had no data about which company I am going with. It took several days. I will travel on the 20th, hope everything is going to be fine.
