The show was great. My experience with Ticketmaster was the usual robbery and lies I have come to expect. I responded to the original "pre-sale" promotion on my phone. The transaction did not complete - or so I thought. I got no confirmation or ticket link. Frustrated, I tried again on my laptop. This time I got confirmation and the link to tickets that I put in my wallet. When I received my credit card statement there were 2 charges, similar amounts, minutes apart. I called to get the charge reversed and was told, "tough luck". Then you offered to resell the ticket I didn't need and sent me a contract to sign - which I did. With zero motivation to resell the tickets you didn't (you already had my money). You then robbed me of $500 dollars.
I will go out of my way to never do business with you thieves again.
