I ended up purchaing tickets from them based on a FB ad which to me indicated tehy were the primary sller of tickets for the event. After making the purchase, I got an email stating the tickets were being transferred from "Cathy". Upon review I found that they are a ticket reseller and it ended up costing me about 35% more than I could have bought them from the primary seller (Ticketmaster).

I would strongly recommend you check ticket pricing from the primary ticket seller. Lesson learned.

The tickets they have listed ARE NOT REAL. Read the fine print and they sell "Speculative Tickets", meaning you are giving real money for imaginary tickets. When you buy from them you set off a chain of events where the site or supplier has to then find tickets to fill your order. Imagine if you wanted to get real tickets and pay with "speculative money", sounds ridiculous right? That is the business model of TicketSmarter. Also, their customer support is filled with arrogant individuals like Richard Wilson who have no idea how to talk to people properly. Do not risk your experience with this underhanded outfit.

Lack of Communication Regarding Rescheduled Concert

The concert was moved to a Tuesday without any notification to me; I found out about the artist's illness through the news. I also wasn't given the option for a refund since the event changed from a weekend to a weekday. Extremely disappointing customer service.

Frustrating experience with ticket resale

I wanted to resell my ticket and sign a contract. I was assured that I would be notified if the ticket was sold before the concert. However, on the day before the event, I received no notification about the sale, so I requested to have it back to attend myself. The customer service informed me that the ticket had been sold, leaving me very confused. If it was resold, why was I not informed? When I sought further clarification, I received no response. I expect a refund, or I will consider this a case of fraud. Choosing this service for my ticket purchase was a significant mistake. This has been the worst experience I've ever had.

They are so out of touch with reality…

They are so out of touch with reality it's not even funny.... Of Monster and Man concert in Boston didn't take place; uncertain what will happen next... They are sitting on my money not refunding...just pergotery.. claiming red tape... And now asking how my experience was... Definitely -5*s and very unhappy.
