I wanted to resell my ticket and sign a contract. I was assured that I would be notified if the ticket was sold before the concert. However, on the day before the event, I received no notification about the sale, so I requested to have it back to attend myself. The customer service informed me that the ticket had been sold, leaving me very confused. If it was resold, why was I not informed? When I sought further clarification, I received no response. I expect a refund, or I will consider this a case of fraud. Choosing this service for my ticket purchase was a significant mistake. This has been the worst experience I've ever had.
