Purchasing the tickets through the company was smooth and easy. However, receiving the tickets from the seller was frustrating. I never received the original link to view my tickets, and I had to contact the box office directly to have them resent. They were helpful and I eventually received the tickets, but viewing them required logging in every single time, with no option to download them to my Apple Wallet.
Another disappointment was seeing the actual ticket price printed on them: $52 each. I paid $92 per ticket through the seller. I understand fees and markups happen, but I would’ve preferred not to see such a large upsell right on the ticket itself.
As for the show—Dirty Dancing—it was not at all what I expected. Please be aware: this is not a live dance performance. It is the movie played on a large screen while performers sit and play the music and sing along. For the price paid, it did not feel worth it.
Overall, the process had unnecessary hassles, the markup was disappointing, and the show itself did not match the description or expectations.
