I completed the full payment for my ticket, only to find out later that they could not provide it. This resulted in a loss of £2,488. I was promised by a representative that my ticket would be issued once payment was made. However, after paying in full, they claimed the payment was too late, despite having received the funds. When I reached out, I was advised to contact my bank for a refund. Since then, they have ignored my calls. I strongly advise against doing business with this company.
