I completed the payment for my ticket, only to find out later that they could not fulfill it. I lost £2,488 due to this situation. I was promised by a representative that my ticket would be issued immediately after payment. However, after paying in full, they claimed the payment was received too late, despite having the funds already. When I reached out for assistance, I was advised to contact my bank to recover my money. Since then, they have consistently ignored my calls. I strongly advise against doing business with this service. They are scammers.

This company is scamming people out of their hard-earned money and seems to think they are untouchable. Even if they believe they can evade consequences, they should know that karma exists. It’s unacceptable to rob people of their money. Business should not be forced; they need to be reported.
I paid £1,567 for my ticket and ended up stranded in Lagos because a representative did not process my return ticket. I also spent £2,482 for a one-way flight from Lagos to London, but again, I did not receive a ticket. The total cost for our return to London in January 2025 was £4,000. To this day, the representative has not refunded my return ticket or my wife's ticket. Please be cautious.
I'm extremely disappointed. You took payment for travel tickets, claiming they were canceled by the airline, which is not true. You refused to issue a refund. Your agent has ignored my attempts to reach out after taking over £1,000. Please address this issue before I escalate it. Avoid doing business with them; it’s a scam.
